Simple PHP block
Provides a minimalistic PHP block based on standard HTML block
We designed this site from scratch with Concrete5 in mind. This was the first project done by my company for this client, so we aimed to impress.
The client has been very pleased with the ease of updates, and has opted to build several future sites on the C5 platform. The client really feels like they are in control of the site, rather than at the mercy of the developer!
Additionally, they really have liked the functionality of the mailing list and the calendar, though the lack of recurring events may force us to move to ProEvents in the near future.
As a testing ground for the Concrete5 platform, this site has proven very strong. Utilizing the forms block to send submissions to the reports backend as well as to email addresses has been very helpful in keeping in contact with customers.
