The brief was to create a site that was attractive and provided clear and easy to find information as well as the ability of joining online. Also it was important for the customer to have a CMS that was easy to use. As a designer and developer I find Concrete5 to be the best CMS by far. It provides absolute freedom in terms of design, if it can be built in html and css it can be built in concrete5. It  is also robust, and very easy to use.
