This site was constructed with Concrete 5 in under 4 weeks. It really is a fantastic system to work with for developers. I found some good AddOns too, though I havent yet needed to activate all of them. You can achieve most of what you want using just the features that come with the basic install, and creating a few custom templates of your own.
