The MVLA Foundation asked me to help them quickly get a site up and running so they could promote their activites and begin collecting donations online. Adding to the challenge of this quick turn project was the lack of messaging content that supported the Foundation's actiivities; however, because the school year was about to start - and this is traditionally the optimum time to begin collecting donations - we couldn't wait until we had all the content becore we began solicting donations. I recommended we use Concrete5 because it's so easy for non-technical contributors to quickly learn the system and begin adding and tweaking messaging. Even as the site was live, and with the bare minimun PayPal donation button working, I was updating the theme/template while the Founation's marketing person was adding and tweaking content. This concurrent development of the template and functionality along with the the core content/messaging was made possible by Concrete5's easy-to-use, flexible system.
