Add layout on page.

I am developing a page on concrete5. I selected left sidebar page template. On this page the blocks add only left side. I want to add content block right side but block not added to right side. I attached a screen shot below in this screen shot I highlighted the area where I want to add content. Please advise me how to add layout at right side on this page.

Can you add an image of the full page in edit mode?

I attached the image. Now the page is in edit mode. In this page the blocks added only left hand side but I want to add content block right hand side like webinars content block. Please help me.

This image doesn't show the bottom of the page where the areas would be, do you have two areas there with two different widths? It's possible that in edit mode the right goes below the left but when displaying the page it doesn't.
Have you made changes to the theme files or is it a stock Elemental build?

This looks like a custom Page Template, if that's the case you will need to add an area in there within the Page Template file.
