Bootstrap or Foundation, how do we designthe template pages

Hi, I'm just confuse about how should I be designing my site pages. Foundation, bootstrap ? is any of those already installed ... Many thanks

You can design the site with any grid framework.
For custom layouts and blocks, 5.7 has built-in support for Bootstrap 2, Bootstrap 3, Foundation, and 960. You can also make your own grid framework.
