Not sure if it helps but when you are logged into concrete5.org and are here:

You can release addons from a project and then you would need to assign them again to a new project.

Thank you for answers but it does not help ! Everything works perfectly if you transfer the owner of licences to another account but NOT if you change (cloning) the URL of your site in the same account. If you clone your site, you have to re-assign the owner of new site to the one wich has "EDITED" the first site, it means the first URL. It works with both sites ! but you can never delete the first one ?

Ex:http://www.oyes.ch/c5/ is the first site assigned to the first account-name and the first project with all licences
http://www.oyes.ch/ is the second site (cloned) and it has to be assigned to the first owner wich means the first project

no way to assign second site to new account and transfer licences because the first EDITOR must be the same !

I see. I haven't tried it myself the way that you have done it, but I'm sure someone on the forum might know the best way to do it.

I have found the up to date information for 5.7 if you look down the page where it says "Moving a Site" and "Adding Licenses from different users" there might be some helpful information there:

http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/how_to_install_add_ons_and_the...

Also, these are some video demos from 5.6 that I imagine may still have some relevance:

I thought that if you released the licences from the project on the test site, you could then connect to the community again on your live site and assign the licences to the project on the live site. It sounds like it is more complicated than that if that doesn't work, so let's see if someone else has run into this and knows the solution.
