duplicate sites with exact same content

Currently, my site is targeted at the UK audience, but I need to duplicate my site for the US and EU audiences (i.e. mysite.com/us; mysite.com/eu). The page content is exactly the same (apart from the currency of the tour prices, which is brought in dynamically.).
What is the best and most efficient and sustainable way of doing this?
