Error posting form from a stack

Hi,
I am using version 5.7.2 and created a new stack with a form block, so I can reuse the form wherever it is needed. But when I add the stack to a page and then submit the form I get a Page not Found (404) error.
From the homepage the form tried to post to: /index.php/submit_form#1417439730
What is strange is that if I add a form block with all the same settings directly to the page it submits with no problems.
Anyone have any ideas?

Running 5.7 latest downloaded the other day and can't get a form in a hardcoded stack to submit. Just returns a 'page not found error'.
