Is there ProForms type addon in 5.7?
I am trying to build a feature where someone can add to a form and then another block would display. I see there are forms with 5.7 but how does one display the contents ?

Unfortunately there is no other form add-on, formify has a lot of bugs.
Missing forms add-ons is becoming a big issue in using 5.7.

I agree about the need for better and more form add-on choices. As for bugs in Formify, I have only ready about them (but what I read concerned me enough to hold off rather than spending $75 for an "unknown" and possible headaches to boot)
I know this is old and maybe not necessary not, but I pulled Formify from the marketplace this passed summer in order to address a lot of those bugs. It was recently re-added to the marketplace and is now working a lot better.

I have used this on a few occasion and really like it, well done on making a great addon

It supports dependent fields, such as showing new options when a user select an option.
