Getting a memory Error

I am not getting this error on my end but the client I built this for 4ish years go is getting the screenshot attached.
Would this be the server doesn't have enough memory or something else.
There are 2 people looking at this page and getting the error and when I go in under my login, I get what is supposed to be there BUT when I try and edit, my edit bar goes black.
