How to install composer on Concrete5.7

I'm pretty new to concrete5.7. I built my portfolio website with concrete5.7. It working very well and now I just want to add a blog page to my site. I want to use composer but not sure how to install it. Any help will be great.

Thanks for the great info. Still having problem getting composer to work. I have followed the tutorial closely and still can not get the blog page I create to display.

Dashboard -> Pages & Themes ->Page Types
Once there look at the Basic Details, Edit Form and Output options. You can configure the page type to launch Composer and set up the content areas
