Let's make a list of Hosts successfully installing version 5.7

I've written a couple of posts about my trouble installing version 5.7 on iPage.com. No relevant suggestions have come since then, so I'm stuck.
Rather than focus on the negative, perhaps it would be helpful for users to report where they have been SUCCESSFUL in installing 5.7; that is, on which hosts does it work? Even better, include the URL of your website, so we can see for ourselves, before putting up money to use that host.

I run a small hosting company and do must of my sites in c5. You are welcome to setup 5.7 here: http:\\www.BrighterHost.com

For example, of the three budget hosts recommended by Concrete5, only Arvixe comes with version 5.7. The other two, BlueHost and WebHostingHub, both use 5.6 as their default install. One could manually install 5.7, but I'm looking for out-of-the-box usability.

Hosts are between a rock and a hard place. IMHO, 5.7 is not usable 'out of the box' right now until it's more stable and there are more themes and add-ons. A list of hosts that people have successfully installed 5.7 on would be nice but I fear it would be obsolete quite quickly as hosts tweak their environments to allow successful installation of 5.7

All that being said, at the moment I have only installed 5.7 on SiteGround and it installs flawlessly.

Why would hosts care about themes and add-ons?

I can vouch for Hostgator.

I know this is a sensitive topic. If I were a host, I would need to decide which version I offered in my auto-installer to MY clients so they don't flood my support channels. Do I choose a version with an existing eco-system of add-ons and themes or do I choose a version without that eco-system. Rock and a hard place.
