Retrieving Attributes/Blocks from a page

Hi All,
I am building a site where articles get published on behalf of a contributor - not a user.
Each contributor has a page associated with them including thumbnail, name and bio attributes.
What I'd like to do is enter the article in using a composer form, and using a contributor_page attribute, select the contributor's bio page (I can do this using this addonhttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/page-selector-attribute... and then pull the thumbnail, name and page link details from the CID.
This might be a roundabout way to do it, but I imagine that it will work effectively. If you can think of a more efficient way to do it, that would be appreciated.
