The problem is that I made some changes and I do not see them reflected as my URL is not updated correctly.
I have the pretty URLs enabled to disappear the index. PHP but seeing my site keeps appearing, if you manually remove the index in the browser. PHP appears the correct version.
I also cleaned the cache and do not seem to solve

What should I do to respect the new version and delete the PHP?

Another problem is that I can not sign in a normal way, I have to resort to the history of my browser because the toolbar of concrete disappears
