Unable to Update Profile Image on concrete official website.

Hello,
I am a new member and just registered with the concrete5 community. But the the first problem I am encountering here is under profile image update, UPLOAD button is not working. Although I am able to use webcam to click snap but unable to upload a file.
I have cheeked Flash plugin is working.
