Contact Form Not Working

Hello, the contact form on my site has suddenly stopped working. I checked the logs and see many errors. Some are listed below and attached. No email address is getting through. Have tried 4 different ones to date (yahoo, gmail and two in the office). Please help?

TMP folder is at 4k. The Bluehost email is unlimited anyway. Tried changing to SMTP settings, it gives me the attached error when attempting a test email on ANY address. Same whn tesing on default php settings. There are no forwarders in play - the ones that were connected some time ago show as empty in Horde- 0 responses. As of today, I attached another screen shot with error exceptions from the log file. Stumped. Ideas?
Is there anyone that can help with this issue? I have tried all I can to no avail. Thanks in advance for the support?
It might not necessary be your full allocated space, it might be space allocated to one folder (such as \tmp) that is full.
