don't read about email and forms

Okay, thanks for taking the time to read my question below:

I am with a school district and am trying to create a form that will allow parents to choose a teacher and type a message/question with a submit button. I have not seen anything to this point after a couple of days of searching.
Any ideas?

Are you trying to make it so that a user can select a teacher from a dropdown menu and then the email of that message/question would go to that teacher's email address?

If that is what you are trying to do Advanced Forms would work well for that, there is also another Add-On called Extended Form that looks like it will do this, I have no used that before.
