Error when uploading files

I am trying to upload JPEG files into a file folder for our website, but when I try to upload them the bar at the bottom goes from green to red when it gets to the end of uploading the picture and when you put the cursor over the picture it says " [object OBJECT]. what does this mean and how can I fix this issue so I can upload my JPEG files?

If you look in the Dashboard -> Reports -> Logs is there anything in there that might indicate the problem?

Or if you open your developer console and watch the Network tab, can you see the upload start and check the Response to find the actual error?
