Image Slider Block not appearing on page after dragged

Hi there!
I'm building a website and whenever I try to add a default image slider block, it just doesn't appear on the page and I need to refresh the page to get it to work again because it lags. I don't have this issue with any other block. If there is a custom block that anyone knows of, that could work too, I just need to be able to put customizable, clickable links on an image slider/carousel for my client
