My images are scaled very very large after being uploaded to image viewer.
Upload size in library in kb's.

It is a small image loaded and edited in image slider. After saving and publishing comes out looking like that.I haven't found a setting.Oversized,Dave

Deleted image viewer in Elemental.
Used it again in a different Theme and it appears to be working right.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like you are using a very small image and it is being enlarged to fill the available space. This is causing the image to have a blurred appearance.
