Looking for a survey add-on

The basic survey block seems to really just be a poll (and not certain where the results go). Is there a more powerful survey add-on? I was surprised that searching for Survey in the marketplace didn't produce any results.
The form Block?
Or Extended Form.
Results can be emailed to you or you can see them by going to Dashboard > Reports.

I can't see the results in the dashboard/reports area. It says there are votes, but not what they are.
Is there a way to do this? (I'm Concrete challenge so please walk me through).

This assumes you are using the built in Survey block. Go to reports, select the surveys tab and click on the name of the survey that you want to see.
FYI, if you deleted the survey the info is gone, a serious downside to this add on. So what I do is screenshot the polls that my client does and place them on an archive page as a graphic. Works fine as a workaround b/c we are only doing 1 or so a month and they are not critical.
If I was doing critical polling or surveying I would use a tool like Survey Monkey and embed it into the site.
