I can't find Guestbook block anywhere.
I've tried to follow some instructions to clear it from root/packages and from the MySQL BlockTypes table to try to reinstall it afterwards, but with no success. I've deleted the block from root/packages and from the BlockTypes table, but it doesn't show up again on the Dashboard available blocks... Now it's nowhere to be found...

Any ideas?
