We are looking for a responsive gallery with lightbox, swipe enabled with link in caption.
with fancybox or preferrd c5-proprietory magnific popup.

We checked marketplace again. But we're unsure if any of the offered plugins have the required needs. To our knowledge none has it.

In case you want to do it yourself, I don't think fancybox and magnific popup are swipe enabled.

owl carousel is a carousel with excellent options, but gallery view is carousel like.

No not really difficult. Actually, the caption on the full-screen image comes from the description attribute so you can put links there if you want. THe only thing is you have to write the link markup yourself.
Now if you mean having a link to another page from the site or a file from the file manager, it is doable as well but a little more complicated.
