On editing mode my ad block is coming out empty.. PLEASE HELP

Hi,
on my site,http://www.orlandodine.com while on editing mode Im unable to add a block.. when clicking the add block button the white page to pick the block it comes out empty.. this happens all throughout the site.
Please help since Im unable to edit any much needed changes.
Please see attached print screen for sample error.

Have you recently installed any new add-on or update any existing add-on. It looks like there was some error in any of your add-on code.

BTW, out of the topic, you are using a very old version of C5 (5.4.2.1). Why don't you update it to the latest version? You will have more new features. Though it is not mandatory.
