Popup on page load

Hi,

I want a pop up to appear once a certain page loads, I'm trying to find an addon that can do that but can't find one, is there an addon that i missed? if not, is there a simple way to do so since I'm not that good with development?

Thank you very much for your suggestion, i just tried it, its a good addon but is there something similar to a Lightbox popup?

That was my first thought, but the developer is not updating the code for current versions.

"we only support Opt-In up to version 5.7.5.1."
