Quote for the creation of a HTML From to PDF block

Hi all,

I am seeking some early info from someone interested in creating a block for me that will basically be a form block but when the user clicks submit, they are then presented with a 'download PDF' button which has all their responses prepopulated into the PDF.

The reason behind this need is a we require a lot of customers to complete forms by hand that require a lot of details plus signatures and then they have to print the form, complete it and then post to us. Our hope is to be able to get them to be able to complete 99% of the form online (rulling out issues of reading handwritting at our end) and then they simply print, sign and send as per normal.

At this stage we are looking for a quote from someone able and willing to the job and then we will progress within the next month or so.

Any help would be greatly appreciate and will almost certainly result in more paid work as this is a very large website.

Richard.

I would do it the other way around - but I guess you figured this out?

I would have them download a PDF form that has fillable fields. You can create this with Acrobat Pro. They have to print it out anyway and sign and send in, so having a fillable PDF is really a convenience.
