Set files to file set in default full Elemental sample contens

I'm just translating an opinion from a Japanese user.
I thought it's good to share.

He struggled to find the concept of file set.
It may be a good idea to create and assign the sample content files to file set so that they'll get the idea of file set quicker.
Of course, people should read the instruction manual, but sometime it's good to show and learn from sample content.
