it's build with joomla, thats why i never start to learn/install joomla. better drupal or wordpress. it's rare to hear drupal site got hacked. mostly is joomla, i don't know why.

hope c5 do not easy to hack.

more often than not this stuff is because of an unsecured FTP client
and some PC based maleware. I'd look at that hard first, before I
blame any specific middleware app.

Any CMS or system, C5 included, is only as secure as you make it. It is not on the developers to make the system its being installed on secure.

I used Joomla, heck even Mambo back in the day, before I saw the light ;)
