5.6 Site wont connect to community

Guys

Just been on an older sitehttp://clearviewbusiness.com/ to do an add on update and when asked to connect to the community I get a blank box!

Anybody know what is causing this and how to get round it please???

Possibly because your site is https and the url to concrete.org is http, I say possibly as this is just a guess..
Also, if your base URL has changed you will see the same error
