5.8 custom css

I'm working on a new site with 5.8.1. I added some custom css ( in the design area) and saved it. Later I made a change to page_theme, saved it , removed and reinstalled the theme and lost all the styling to the theme.
Any ideas how to get it back ??

Hi rdealmeida,

Custom CSS looks like it is saved in the StyleCustomizerCustomCssRecords database table.

I would check to see if it is still there.

Yup it's all there...( what a relief )
Can you tell me how to connect it back to the theme ??

I don't think they are modified, so you could extract them and re-add them to Custom CSS for your current theme.

Perfect!!! Worked like a charm..Saved me a ton of work...
The page theme file.. Did I do that correctly?? edit the file.. switch to another theme.. remove and reinstall the theme in question and make it active to pick up any of the changes to the page theme...
