Add on for Concrete5 5.5.x

as Concrete 5.5.1 already available. I still seeing many add on only support up to concrete5 5.4.x

I hope more add on will be updated to 5.5.x
so it will make more people use the new 5.5.x

So far I haven't really seen any addon that didnt work. If i come across one that doesn't and I fix it I'll post the code back onto git or the forums.

This was to be expected when changing major versions.
