Add on will not show up on Add Functionality area

Please HELP! I am not a techie but somehow I am designing this website for our healthcare business. Having said that, can someone please help me figure out what happened to my purchased add on for "easy button"? I have followed the installation video to a "T" yet the add on won't show up on the add functionality area. What am I doing wrong?

Its possible your server has CURL disabled or simply can't hit our server.

Ask your webhost:

"Does my webspace have CURL enabled? If so what IP address are outbound CURL requests to concrete5.org coming from?" and private message me the answer.

I can check to see if your IP has been blacklisted for some reason.
