Addons will not install after update.

I updated to 5.4.2 and now I cannot download addons. I could before. So, I would really appreciate some help fixing this problem. Here are the details.

I haven't upgraded, but I know in other CMSs this could be fixed by adding

allow_url_fopen = On


to your php.ini file. This could be different for concrete5 but check if this is already set.
