Authentication failure when logging in

Hi,

I am suddenly unable to login to any of my concret5 websites.

The sites are running ok, but when I go to /login and enter my u/n and password I get a 404 error when it tries to authenticate.

All my sites are hosted on Bluehost and this is happening for version 5.6 and 5.7 sites

Any help much appreciated as I am losing hair rapidly!

Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,

Bit of a guess here but there are regular posts regarding BlueHost issues which are often fixed by turning off Varnish: Login to Bluehost, click "Hosting", then "Performance" in the white menu bar just underneath "hosting." Click on Cache Control and turn it off. (instructions copied from a post by ymcakpt)

No idea if that will help your specific problem but it's probably a good place to start :)

Cheers
Dave

Thanks Dave,

I just tried that and sadly it didn't work...

Cheers anyway

I think that this error log (taken from Bluehost) might be the issue but not technical enough to know what to do:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function loadNewCollection() on null in /home2/twozesl7/public_html/agile/updates/concrete5.7.5.6/concrete/bootstrap/process.php on line 54
