I have theme that is similar that I’m working on for a customer. Still in early stages, will be in marketplace when finalised. Includes a fixed header and sticky footer. Boxed areas can coloured to suit any branding or client wishes.

BTY: The theme uses a lot of ‘flex’ css, meaning when using a small device the left and right boxes fold under each other in right order (swap position) using the ‘order’ rule.

Yes thats getting close to what i wanted please let me know when its in the marketplace.
Ironically Ive actually used some flex box code in the meantime to achieve a result.
