Trying to learn how to post a new blog, did so, and the language is NOT English. Where/how can I set the language to English?

The foreign looking language is simply a nonsense "Space holder" to show where to enter or replace text. Its often used to demonstrate content features.
Just A). follow its layout example while creating a new post (and then delete the entire example post pages) or B). Just delete the text and replace it with your own (although by replacing text in the example, the post/creation dates don't really match).

More details needed: Did you submit a post and the display language changed? Are the instructions in another language? or is the sample content displayed in a the nonsense space filler word style of Lorum Ipsum?
(also, what blog add-on are you using?)
