Bought add-on, but it did not show up in my Purchase History or Licenses

Last night, I bought an add-on, but even after waiting a while, it did not appear in my Purchase History or my Licenses and I could not assign it to a project.

I got a PayPal receipt via email, but it still didn't show up in my concrete5.org account. No other emails were received; just the one from Paypal.

Anyone else had this problem?
