BUG - Highlighting text or placing a cursor in "Add page" dialogue box

Hi there,
Unsure if this has been mentioned in the past but thought I would flag it.
I am copying and pasting info into some custom and default attribute fields when adding a page, but you cannot highlight text in there or click back to certain point in your feild to edit the text.
Is this a known Bug? or...?
