Only received a single email of you buying the add-on. So not sure what went wrong the first time? Perhaps you could email to Concrete5, as I do not know any payments made directly. Perhaps your payment got rejected, but then again, you better inform the team of C5, because me nor other users at the forum can help.
Perhaps franz or someone of the team can jump in or PM you to solve this matter. No worries as this issue can be easily resolved seeing as money doesn't go up in thin air ;)
