Captcha not showing

I've spent the afternoon trying the various solutions offered in the forums for the captcha not displaying on this site pennyjellies dot com.

I recently moved the site from another host to the concrete5 optimized hosting that member FullFlavour offers and it is lightning fast. The captchas not displaying is my only problem.

The solutions to the problem where you edit the captcha.php file or the imagehelper file seem out of date with the upgrades that have happened of late so I was wondering if anyone had any help they could offer.

Hi,

I can't see the capcha part in the form, it is missing?

Have you set up the form properly?

Cheers

Hi Stephen,
I am guessing you are looking at the form on your "contact" page. I am assuming you have not overridden the validation/captha helper.

It doesn't look like that form is trying to use the captcha, in the sense that I don't see any errors or broken html coming in. Do you have any kind of templating going on with your forms?

Try making a hidden page in plain vanilla, with a normal form with a text field and a captcha and see if the captcha shows up or not. If it does, take a look at either your theme or template and you should be able to work backwards from there as to why your captcha is not appearing / is causing an error.
