Concrete 5 on PC

I just came back to working with C5 after 3+ years of being absent, and I discovered that:

There appears to be no way of installing a working application on your home desktop

I hope I'm wrong
But I can't find anywhere that gives me instructions to do just this

Anybody?

You will need to download and install a local server environment.
