Concrete5 and php 5.5.x

Hello

Does Concrete5 support php 5.5.x? I can only find 1 thread on this forum about php support which says it's incompatible. I can't find anything official.

My host is upgrading to php 5.5, so I'm unsure if my website will work or not.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it works fine, I have a few concrete5.6 sites running on PHP 5.5 and they appear to run without any issues. See attached.

Most hosts when they update their PHP version still allow you to select an older version of PHP anyway. It would surprise me if your host updated to 5.5 without providing the ability to run php 5.4.

However, I think 5.5 is supposed to be very backwards compatible with 5.4 code anyway, they've really just added new features.

Yea, I've also just tested Concrete5 in mamp with php 5.5.10, and everything works fine, but I was a bit worried since there's no official information about php support.

Looks like I will be ok. Thanks for the answer!
