Anyone else find it slightly odd that the top search result for concrete5 at google.co.uk goes to an 'official partner' site rather than the main concrete5 site?
I know frz doesn't control google but it does slightly disappoint me that if I tell a client that I use concrete5 and they google it they'll likely end up on another agencies website rather than the main concrete5 site.

Same thought, but for different reasons - I'm not really that impressed that a "partner" would stomp on a trademark like that.
BTW Do understand where you are coming from on the search though. I've had the concrete5.co.uk site returned before now (how I became aware of it) but generally I'm getting concrete5.org results I think.

I think the same happens all over. There are russia, netherlands, france ...
As long as they don't pretend to be anything other than a C5 specialist and credit the original, I don't have a problem.

Just to confirm, my only issue with this is that having the exact same URL for a brand name apart from country code will be seen by most casual web users as a country specific version of the brands website (e.g. coca-cola.com and coca-cola.uk).
When this is not the case, as in this case, it will be confusing and is detrimental to the Concrete5 brand as it cause confusion as to what it is. I was therefore surprised that a 'preferred partner' would be allowed to have such a domain. I would have thought concrete5-services.co.uk would be more appropriate.
