converting theme for other CMS & license

I bought c5bundle which includes several themes and I wonder if the license policy to use one theme on one site still apply if one converts thene to some other CMS?

If I were you contact the theme developer directly and see what they offer.
Sometimes they sell the themes on themeforest.

Why?
I just want to use the themes which I bought with other CMS, no aspirations for any expansion. :-)

That's all what I need considering I'm moving from C5 to other CMS.

that seems pretty complete- I think what youd want to do is modify it one time, and then buy a five pack and just sub the moded version in, since design is most of the package as opposed to concreteizing.
