database corruption?

hello. i am trying to add a block to my site but i get the message below. i believe this happened after i did an upgrade. I don't have a backup... any ideas? i don't mind if I start fresh as long as i can add blocks...

I think I recall this was a bug with this particular version of 5.6.0.2. A file was missing from the install, or looked for a file when it shouldn't have.

My advice would be to take a backup now and upgrade the site to a more later version. 5.6.0.2 is really quite out of date.

Hi,

Even when I try to do a backup/restore or update I get the message below. Any other ideas? thanks
