When I last used C% you could drag/move a block doesn't seem to work these days.
Anyone else get it work?

Just spotted amongst your multitude of post that you are on 5.7.4.2.
Its old and buggy and could be the cause of many of the problems you are asking for help with.
Best to update to latest 5.7 version - check for steps require in release notes.
Backup first in case it fails.
Hold off updating to v8 until 8.3.3 is released. Several bug fixes are in the update process. But you will need latest 5.7.x version as a step to v8.

One thing though is block dragging has an issue still waiting to be fixed: it doesn't trigger page scrolling
If you have issues, candidates are: Theme interference with dashboard. Old or obscure browser glitching on javascript. Both will show up in dev console.
