Duplicate content

Hello Guys,

I have seen pages resolving on a few sites with the /inex.php extension i.e.
http://www.queenswayorthodontics.co.uk/index.php,... as you know this is duplicate content and its been picked up by google too not sure how! but is there anyway we can redirect any /index.php url to / in concrete5?
