Easy News configuration

Guys, Am installing Easy News on a site. When I create a news article it appears on a blank page ie without any navigation.
It seems I have to add navigation to each newsnews page as I create them which is odd.
I have added Navigation to the main 'News' page you have to create to install the addon but this does not seem to propagate down to new news pages. This is a pain for my users who will not want to add nav to each news page?
What am I doing wrong please???

No I never solved it. I tihnk the add on is quite basic and really just lits your news in Admin! Sorry.
When you set up the news item, you choose a page type. You can set up a default AutoNav block on that page type in:
Dashboard > Pages and Themes > Page Types
Click 'default' next to the page type and add the AutoNav block where needed. If you want to, you can set this on all existing pages by pointing at the block and selecting 'Setup on Child Pages'.
If you don't want the AutoNav on all pages, make a new page type just for your news.

I tried creating custom page type with exclude from nav attribute (which is by default true in my case) but still it's appearing on the nav panel. And I need to go to properties, change nothing, save and only the the changes seem to apply properly..
