Emailed form responses not working

My developer is away on holiday and one of the sites we developed is storing form responses in the backend, but not sending the emails to the addresses stipulated on the site.

Any ideas how to solve this issue please?

If you go into the Dashboard -> Logs can you see if there are records of emails being sent?

Have checked log and seen -
"Warning - failed to load package with pkgHandle 'traditional_dashboard'. Could not find package controller file: '/home/stepheng/public_html/packages/traditional_dashboard/controller.php'

Any ideas how to fix this?

This error shouldn't have anything to do with your email logs. However it appears that you are missing a controller.php in your traditional_dashboard package, can you see if that file does indeed exist?

I'm really sorry, but I dont know how or what to check?
I am the business owner and the actual developer of the site is away on holiday so I'm stuck at a certain level of expertise.
Any ideas?

If you do not have server access this is not something you're going to be able to resolve. Do you have server credentials where you can look at your website files?

I dont have access so it looks like I'll have to get in touch with my developer if he pops up online while in Greece.
